2015 NABC Convention Housing
The NABC headquarter hotel is the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis.
Registration and housing are scheduled to open the last week of October. You must be registered for the convention in order to receive access to a hotel room within the NABC block. The only way to obtain a hotel room is online through your membership portal account. Once you have paid for your registration through the portal, you will be able to make a hotel reservation. There are NO paper forms. Please click on the housing instructions link for further information.
Once you have obtained your hotel room: If you need to have your booking confirmation resent, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get you an e-mail confirmation with your hotel assignment.
A kind note about calling the hotel "just to be sure": Please do not call your hotel "to be sure" until after March 16, 2015. Please understand that processing your reservations from the Housing Bureau into the Hotel system will not take place until after March 6, 2015. No deposits will be charged to your card until after March 7, 2015. Rest assured that if you have received a confirmation number already from the Housing Bureau, the hotel will honor your booking. Thank you for your consideration.
All cancellations after February 28th are subject to the $500 deposit charge. Deposits will be charged sometime before March 20th.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your arrival date will result in a loss of 4 nights room and tax.
